Can't download android app

My sons were and the list for the testing, we got the emails but when I follow the links we just get an error saying a testing version of this app has not been published or is not available on this account - help

  Could you please send us a direct message with your Google Play store associated email please?

  The email we have down for yourself hasn't been set up as a Play Store email account according to Google.
