I wasn't sure how to play the game without coming to the forum. Even what exactly I was supposed to do with the SwapBots I currently have. I was having a really hard time getting the app to recognize the combo that I was trying to get it to recognize. I'm guessing you all will have instructions on pairing and gameplay in the next build.

  We are working on better on boarding and how to tutorials, these will be added in a future patch but we currently don't have an exact time frame.

  Again I have to agree the battle game play is confusing, each step is hard to understand what is expected of the user.. and it seems if you do nothing the game simply moves on... I felt like the app didn’t need my input at all

  Really hard to get the app to recognize any of the bots at all both the iOS app and the android. Mind you I installed it on an iPhone XS. And it was cheating with the flashlight on continuously.

  On my HTC 10 device it had a hard time detecting the parts as well. I think it improves when there's less clutter around, and definitely without other pieces in view at all.

  I am unsure what information there is to go on for what move to make or what part of the opponent to target. Maybe because IANAK.

  Hi Robbert,

  Thank you for your feedback. We will be releasing tutorials and on-boarding in future updates.

  We're working on some more exciting hands on battle inputs to make the game feel more involved for the user.

  AR requires a well lit space in which to play for optimal tracking, having the flashlight feature helps to improve gameplay in a variety of settings.

  Hi Rainy,

  It definitely improves without other pieces in view to help the SwapScope to focus on your toy!

  Every device works a bit differently, for example how the camera focuses. Please let us know exactly what operating system you are using on your HTC 10 device, so we can better investigate this.

  We will be including more in depth tutorials in future updates on the process on targeting opponents.
